About This Webinar

Under the Employment Rights Act 2025, new starters will have more protection and earlier access to key rights (e.g. those appointed on or after 1 July 2026 will attain protection against unfair dismissal once they achieve 6 months service instead of the current requirement for 2 years’ service) - this means that it has never been more important for managers to ensure that they are clear and consistent, when dealing with issues, and compliant, with legal requirements, from the outset of the employment relationship.
